Return Policy
If it is desired to make a return, please email submit a Existing Orders/Shipping/Returns Ticket with reason for return. Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued. Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to designated warehouse in original condition and in original packaging. Returns for refunds are subject to a restock fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater cover processing, overhead and labor. International Customers: We not refund duties or taxes charged by your country for importation of foreign items. Returns for exchanges or refund will be allowed only within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your product(s). This will be verified through shipping (tracking number). Merchandise must be NEW, unused, and in original sellable condition. Merchandise showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced will not be allowed. It's the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct fitment and/or vehicle application before installation. Returns/exchanges must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer. An issued RMA number does not automatically imply a replacement or refund. All products will be inspected either by us before any refunds/exchanges are issued. Returned items must be sent back to us within 10 calendar days from the time the RMA is issued. If the item returned to us is found in violation of the above conditions it may be refused. Refused Shipments If a customer refuses a shipment or carrier returns the shipment due to customer being unavailable to receive it they will forfeit the cost of shipping the item to them and return shipping costs. The item will also be handled as a Return and will automatically be subject to a restocking fee per our discretion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
